I was really excited when my customer, the beautiful then bride-to-be decided to come to me for her wedding cake. A massive 5 tier white fondant cake to serve 500 of her guests. After many stressful days and interrupted sleeps in the middle of the night waking up thinking of all the details of the cakes, stacking, and the logistics of transporting such huge cakes! I am happy to say that all the stress was worth it cause it turned out really beautifully.
